We need 20 videographers, with their own equipment and crew assistants.to work on Thursday August 23rd, Friday August 24th, Saturday August 25th, and Sunday August 26th for the 2007 Baltimore Music Conference concert and seminar event... www.bmcon.com
Video crews are needed to tape at least one song and group interviews, for each band or musician present. It is planned that the camera tape to be downloaded to a master dvd on site or shortly thereafter. A media center will be requested and arranged to accomodate all videographers and interviewers. There is to space next to it for the media center. Can anybody sponsor this?

What times can you be present from noon to 2 a.m. ?
YOU WILL NEED TO BE AVAILABLE FOR AT LEAST 8-12 hours.. This event requires you to work IN/OUTside and you will be on your feet... The hours will be 12 pm to 2am on Fridays and Saturdays. You will get for 12 hours of open access and you will get 2 one hour unpaid assigned breaks so that you may walk around the event, free access for at least one other day of the event, any food and beverages supplied.

Use mini-dv tape or dvd?
Are you interested in interviewing musicians? One song, one interview per music group. Interviewers are requested.
At least 2 people assigned per video crew. Do you have your own team?
Four stages prepared, possibly 3 performances running at one time.
Crew member will receive a pass and receive benefits.
A second crew manager is wanted to assist this project. One utility manager, one technical manager, with one assistant each as a back-up.

An experienced recording & mixing engineer, David spends some of his time working as a producer in Morphius Records' in-house studio facility Lord Baltimore Recordings. Since the early nineties, he has produced a wide variety of recordings for many nationally known artists (see www.lordbaltimorerecording.com), and is also an accomplished drummer & arranger, having studied percussion at both Musician's Institute and George Washington University.
Over the last two decades, David has done literally hundreds of performances in touring bands such as Octopus, National Razor, and Boneclub, and with internationally known rock singers like John Stabb, David Thomas, & Shawn Stern.

Lee Hirschmann - Certified Luthier
Lee is a recent graduate of the famous Roberto-Venn school of luthiery. He has been repairing guitars for 4 years and building custom guitars for 2 years. Having built both electric and acoustic guitars as well as making a mandolin, he owns and operates a small repair shop located in Jams Music Store in Carroll County. In addition he is one of two builders working for Pat Murray Guitars.
His guitars have a one of a kind patented neck joint that is still new to the music industry known as invisabolt technology. In addition to his building and repairing guitars, he has been teaching for 3 years and playing for 8 years.
Lee has worked in retail music stores, both small and large scaled, as well as managed one.
